Personality: Kylie is a girl that isn’t the nicest person in the world. She is a judgmental girl. She judges people before she even gets to know them. She likes to think that she is much better than anyone else. She likes to think that she is top gun. She also thinks she is a better villain to Danny Phantom. She also has “anger issues” so to speak. Just the smallest thing can set her off. She can be nice, as long as you get to know her.

Quirks: She doesn’t think before she acts. She has a loud mouth that often gets her into trouble. Kylie is a stubborn girl.

Powers: Kylie has the ability to transform into a reptile ghost which looks similar to a lizard. She grows a 4 1/2 ft long tail and has fangs that are filled with a deadly poison. Her senses are much more advanced and has quick reflexes. Kylie can utilize the normal ghost powers like intangibility, flight, ecto rays, and so on. In addition, she has the power to control any reptile in the area around her. Her most powerful attack is the Solar Dragon which occurs when she uses all her ghost powers to create an enormous ecto dragon. This attack is powerful but could possibly be deadly to Kylie since it drains most of her energy while it’s in use.

Bio: Kylie Rachelle Handson was born on June 5th to Macy and Cameron Handson. Kylie’s parents had a very difficult time trying to conceive a child and were overjoyed when Macy finally became pregnant with their first child. They had a hard time during those 9 months of waiting of finding the perfect name and settled on naming the infant once it was born. They named the child, Kylie, after Cameron’s mother. While Kylie was in Middle school, her and her friends decided to visit the local haunted penitentiary and thought it would be a great idea to try to contact the dead. The group gathered their supplies and went over to their destination. They paid for admission and began walking around the grounds on search for any ghosts that they could talk to. During their exploration of the grounds, Kylie got separated from the group and was wandering around all alone. She stumbled outside when she spotted something odd. When she approached it, she discovered that it was a glowing green lizard and decided to foolishly reach out and pet it. The lizard decided that it did not want this 8th grader to pet it and bit her hand in response leaving a nasty bite mark and injected venom into her system to teach her a lesson. Kylie yelled at the reptile as if it could understand her and walked off to find her group of friends she had arrived there with. The middle schooler went straight to bed once she had returned home and awoke several hours later in a cold sweat and feeling sick from the poison the lizard had injected into her body. As a result they had her stay home from school for a couple of days ignorant to the fact that her condition resulted from a reptile bite. It was about a week before Kylie was recovered enough to resume attending her classes. During the next several weeks afterwards she began to discover that she had somehow obtained superhuman abilities. These abilities allowed her to be able to transform into a reptile like ghost with green skin and a tail and had much faster reflexes than usual. Kylie smiled at her new found abilities and began to train and abuse them for her own advantage. During this delightful period of discovery, her parents decided to try to have another child and succeeded in having a son named Luka. Normally an older sibling would be excited at the arrival of a younger brother; Kylie however became insanely jealous of all the attention the baby was stealing from her. Her jealously was expressed as fits of anger and rage, which were heightened due to her new abilities, because she wanted her parents to pay attention only to her like they did before Luka existed. After about two years of obtaining her powers, there was still much for her to understand and learn in order to effectively master them. Also during that time her parents informed her that they would be moving to Amity Park because her father was laid off and found a new job in that city. After the family had settled in, Kylie began to attend Casper High and gained new friends and began to pick on the various geeks and losers who there, which included Danny Fenton, Sam Manson, and Tucker Foley. One night while she was breaking into a store, to get revenge for not allowing her to buy booze for her and her friends, Danny Phantom showed up and stopped her much to easily than she would have liked. Kylie’s defeat at the hands of the local ghost hero frustrated her greatly and she began to attack and fight him whenever she gets a chance. Even if Danny Phantom was already preoccupied fighting off another ghost.

Interesting facts: She does have a pet lizard named Spunky.

Sometimes, when she is her ghost half, she would take
Spunky out for a ride.

She also likes to have fun and control Spunky.

She loves any animal of any kind.

She likes to be left alone when she is upset or sad.

She loves her little brother, Luka.

And, DONE! Woot. Been working on her for several days now, So, here we are. Okay. First, I like to mention two things. The Pen that Kylie and her friends visit is just a tourist attraction now. They're NOT visiting a real Pen. Another thing, Keep in mind, I probably will come back and edit this from time to time. And, i'm letting anyone criticize her. Just, please, don't be toooo harsh. If ya are, I ain't going to pay much attention to what you have to say. So, yeah. okay. done with. woot.
